Kadi ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Kadi mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account or sign in through Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID, display name, and profile picture URL. We do not access your Facebook friends list, posts, or other personal data.
• Device Information: A unique device identifier used for anonymous authentication.
• Game Data: Game statistics, scores, match history, and in-game preferences.
• Communication Data: If you link an email address or phone number to your account, we store that for account recovery purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App and its game services.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To enable multiplayer gameplay and matchmaking.
• To track game statistics and leaderboards.
• To send you in-app notifications related to gameplay.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Other Players: Your display name, avatar, and game statistics are visible to other players during matches.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and email delivery (e.g., Mailgun for transactional emails).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and follow industry-standard practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page).
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Login (Facebook)

When you use Facebook Login, Facebook may collect data according to their own privacy policy. We only receive the information described in Section 1. You can revoke our access at any time through your Facebook account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
