Delete Your Account

Kadi allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
- Open Kadi
- Tap your profile icon (top of screen)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field
- Tap Confirm
- Your account is permanently deleted and the app will close
Warning: Deletion is immediate. There is no grace period or undo. Once confirmed, your account and data are permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile (display name, avatar)
- Game statistics and leaderboard entries
- Friend connections and friend code
- Chat message history
- In-game currency and economy data
- Authentication credentials and session data
- Locally cached data (removed on next app launch)
What We Retain
A small amount of data may be retained after deletion:
- Anonymized crash reports — retained by Sentry for stability monitoring; no longer linked to your identity after deletion.
- Transaction/purchase records — retained as required by financial and tax regulations.
- Data required by law — any data we are legally obligated to retain.
Alternative Method
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@mak4la.net. Include your in-game username or the email address associated with your account.
