User Data Deletion

Kadi respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.
What Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, we remove the following:
- Your account profile (display name, avatar, linked social accounts)
- Game statistics and match history
- Friend connections and buddy lists
- In-game inventory and economy data
- Any linked email address or phone number
- Your Facebook user ID association
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
- Send an email to privacy@mak4la.net
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include your in-game username or the email address associated with your account.
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Option 2: Remove via Facebook
- Go to your Facebook Settings and navigate to Apps and Websites.
- Search for Kadi in your list of active apps.
- Click on Kadi and select Remove.
- Select the option to delete all data posted on Facebook by Kadi.
- Facebook will notify us, and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
Deletion Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately.
- Your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
- Cached or backup copies may take up to an additional 30 days to be fully purged.
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain minimal data as required by law, such as:
- Transaction records for financial/tax compliance.
- Data necessary for legal claims or dispute resolution.
